So, do you want to cycle a bit faster? If so, what can you add to your bike that would make you go approximately 2 miles per hour faster? I did a test beginning last Saturday. I cycled a relatively flat, but windy course with my daily training wheels. My average per mile was 14.4. Today I ran the same flat, yet windy course. One big difference.....I took off the training wheels and substituted some light aero wheels (Zipp 303's). Results: 16.4 MPH. Considering that I'm still recovering from a cycling accident, that's pretty good. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
