Happy 4th!

Yesterday my husband and I went to the The Transformers movie. It was great! I highly recommend this movie.
I got up early and exercised and I walked with my weighted balls at work. Monday I tried the 15 minute ab video on this site. I felt that right away! I will add this to my routine on Mon, Wed and Fri. There is a boot camp on the Leslie Sansone walk club site for this weekend.
Full Boot Camp:-

24 miles over the course of the 4 days, however you want to accumulate the miles.
40 Push-ups for the 4 days or 10/day. (Your choice of style eg: wall push-up, off a stability ball, the standard, girl-style)
200 Crunches for the 4 days or 50/day
64ozs of Water - Minimum per day
5 servings of Fruits and/or Veggies per day (a total of 5 - not 5 of each)

I plan to do this challenge. Maybe someone else can do it also.
