Looking for that life line

Hi Spark has been a long time. I could give you a laundry list of reasons why I have been away so long, but I would rather not waste anyone's time with that. What I am looking for today is the "thing" that got you back on track. What was something that helped you, something that was motivational, inspiring. What made you STOP excuses and START living a new lifestyle? Any and all positive comments and stories are welcome. I could use a boost.

    Honestly, I felt so horrible before I started SP, once I started feeling better, I never want to go back to those feeling horrid days.

    I would say just jump right back and pick up where you left off.
    For one thing, I look to my list of just 5 reasons to exercise and eat right ...
    I like feeling good!
    Like looking good in my clothes.
    I will likely live longer and healthier!
    I like having healthy lifestyle structure.
    I will ward off diseases that sedentary folk get.

    That is just an idea ... Best thing is to dive in!
