I've been using bodybuilding.com the Lee Labrada's lean body exercise guide for going on 12 weeks. I track the exercises I do through bodyspace.com. Without this program and keeping track of what I'm doing using bodyspace.com I would not work out as consistently as I have.
Now to get my nutrition under control. Notice I did not say diet. I'm trying to eat to live and support my workout programs not to diet--cut calories, which is exactly what I'm doing--just don't want to call it dieting. Dieting sounds like depriving myself of something.
I've cut out excess sugar and sugary foods. The only vice I still allow myself in this area is yogurt, which has a lot of sugar in it--any kind of yogurt does. I feel good and know I am doing the right things finally.
