Working out and eating balance

I finally figured it out.
I have to eat less than I expend in order to lose weight. Duh!
Now that I am being completely honest about what I am eating I see a trend. I love ranch salad dressing and eat 4 Tablespoons with lunch and dinner, which gives me 240 extra calories. I'm trying to eat around 1800 calories, but regularly get in over 2400 a day.
I workout everyday and have since March. I've missed a few days, but have stayed consistent with working out. I'm surprised that I haven't lost any weight and still struggle to stay in the 380s. No wonder I struggle because my eating isn't under control. I think I'm not eating as much as I actually do when in reality I'm actually way over eating.
Just like going to the gym and being consistent with that, I need to be consistent with my diet. Logging everything helps so I can see my day and what I plan to eat in front of me and cut accordingly. Instead of 4 Tablespoons why not just 2 Tablespoons of ranch? It's those little changes that will help me get the results I am seeking.
