Take it one day at a time, hour by hour and even minute by minute. Don't dwell on what was, but look forward to what can be. Start making a plan. Set very small goals. Read some motivational articles on here. You can do it, and have the strength to do it. If you start this very moment, you will be one step closer to accomplishing what you truly want.

You can and will make the positive changes you want. It is hard to see the positives when depression and anxiety set in, walking and listing blessings, has helped me in the past (not easy to motivate yourself but it can help). Right there with you. So take a step in the right direction. Do one thing to take you in the direction you want to go today. Make a list of 15 reasons you want to lose weight. Tomorrow add 10 more reasons - do that for a week. Carry it with you. Remind yourself of what you REALLY want when you are losing your focus and about to make a bad decision. You can do it!!!! You can do this! At least it still bothers you the weight gain so this means you still have the right mind set. I have started over so many times but it has been worth it. Keep on keeping on!
