In an effort to step up to the promise which I made to myself, I was much more consistent with movement this week emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon and, apart from one ‘car crash’ day which – unusually - I couldn’t bear to track, I did really well with food – plenty of soups and salads and almost no wine. Two pounds down this week so now only two more to go to get rid of the five I’d regained over the winter. Always feel so much better in myself when I stick to what I intend and see results. emoticon Need to concentrate on getting rid of the muffin top now emoticon

    Decided to have Bill and Lynne over today ahead of their departure for a holiday (again) in Germany to see relatives later this week
