In an effort to step up to the promise which I made to myself, I was much more consistent with movement this week and, apart from one ‘car crash’ day which – unusually - I couldn’t bear to track, I did really well with food – plenty of soups and salads and almost no wine. Two pounds down this week so now only two more to go to get rid of the five I’d regained over the winter. Always feel so much better in myself when I stick to what I intend and see results. Need to concentrate on getting rid of the muffin top now
