Today was a win

I slept really badly last night, it happens. Anyway, I was hoping to get to the gym, do some circuits, then a leg workout. The tiredness really hit hard just before I got there. But still went. Did my three circuits (in a sequence of four rounds for the first one, three rounds for the second, and two for the third. Really was a great session actually. Went to grab something out of my locker, went back into the gym, and as soon as I got to the squat rack, my body (or rather my mind) just went NOPE, not happening. Walked back, and felt disappointed, but happy I'd at least done something. But later, my boyfriend told me to get a bath while he made a really healthy dinner. Salmon, prawn and mussels with lots of salad and a bit of fruit, and hard boiled egg whites. Bless him, that meant a lot. So I had regained some of my energy and enthusiasm, do said I was going back to the gym. And I did. Did a really harsh leg workout, most moves with a single leg. Four sets of eight, and of course I mean for each leg, lol. Ooh I needed a really good stretch after! Feel great that I pushed past my earlier mood and worked my butt off. I bet I will be sore tomorrow, haha.
