After almost a year I have finally made it back to the gym. They did a big remodel and it is soooo much nicer. More machines and more room. The free weights are on a different level which is great because before they felt like they were on top of you while on the bikes. I did the bike for a few minutes then moved to the leg press, chest press, pull down, adduction, abduction, and then finished with a 20 minute walk. We plan to go back tomorrow to just do some cardio and again on Sunday. We also plan to go as much as we can next week. We are taking advantage of all of this time while grandma is still in the nursing home for rehab.
She will probably be there for another week or so and I hope by the time she gets back I have a routine down to where Im going to the gym and doing home exercises.
