The menu for today is....

I try to vary what I eat. It's too easy for me to get into food ruts, and there's just way too much GOOD food out there to eat the same thing every day!!

Breakfast:

1/2 cup Grape Nuts cereal
1 container Del Monte Natural juice/No Sugar added Diced peaches
1 small container Chobani Vanilla yogurt
Coffee with Stevia and Fairlife Whole milk

Lunch:

Greek salad with 1 grilled chicken breast. The salad had calamata olives, cucumber, tomatoes, 2 stuffed grape leaves, and feta with a light vinaigrette.

Snack:
1 ounce of dry roasted unsalted almonds

Dinner:
Still to be determined, but most likely soup and a sandwich or maybe soup with an apple and peanut butter for dessert. The soup is a Turkey, Sweet Potato, Spinach, and Quinoa soup I made from scratch!
