I am hoping the rain is finally over! My basment needs to dry out so the kids can have their playroom back. (Their toys didn't get wet). Also would like to finally be able to put up their playset in the backyard that they got for Easter. Mommy needs them to burn some energy. After being on this journey for a while I have started feeling hungry all the time! I can't figure out what has changed. I haven't changed my eating habits but I have upped the intensity of my stationary workout. I'm drinking around 12 glasses or more of water per day. Which was curving my hunger. But now I feel like I could eat all the time! Which I don't but especially when I wake up first thing. It is hard to get my workout in when I'm so hungry.

    The same thing happened to me! I was good for 4 months and then out of the blue I was ravenous 24/7! So frustrating! I completely understand how hard it is but I believe in you! Maybe try to add a few extra calories to see if that helps with the hunger issue, maybe your body actually needs more food?
