This is my first blog. My weight loss journey started when I was in the hospital in January for a blood clot in my leg. I found out while I was there, that I have diabetes. I have since then lost a little over 30 pounds and I love to exercise! With medication, diet, and exercise, I will get to my goal weight! I have reached onederland which I haven't been to in a long time. Looking forward to meeting some of you and sharing our journey together!

    You've joined a lot of SparkTeams. I suggest you join some low carb or Keto teams.

    Carbs impact blood sugar the most. Cut them as low as you can.

    Also, it is worth coming back to your blogs and post a comment on them too, at least in my opinion, because that lets the folks who posted comment to you blog know that you read their comments. Interaction on SparkPeople, and connection is critical, especially for you.
