My Wild Spring!

Thursday, May 04, 2017

It's been a wild spring. My son broke his hip on March 12. He just got out of a wheelchair on Monday and we are beginning PT. It happened out of state so I've made 3 trips to Mississippi to get the doctor to look at him.

This has not been good for my eating plan. I have managed to keep up with my exercise though.

I'm glad to be home for a while and back on plan. I gained 9 pounds from all these trips. I'm back on the wagon. WOOT!
