I managed to stay on target with my calories today even though I severely underestimated the calories in my breakfast at a restaurant this morning. Felt just a little hungry all day, but not enough to cause grumpiness or anything. I need to get to exercising, but I'm a little worried about getting too extreme too fast. I tend to have that habit. It's all or nothing, and as soon as I plateau I give up. Hoping to do this differently this time around. Feeling good for day two!
