Behaviors determine success

It feels really good at the end of the day when I can say to myself: "I did everything I needed to do today to meet my goal. I walked for an hour and I stayed within my calorie limits." And it feels extra good the next morning because I know that I am making progress--no matter what the scale says. My behaviors are what determine my success.
