April Successes and May Challenges

April was of those months that I got it about 3/4 of the month. I am going to discuss the successes I did have. I was physically active for 1,505 minutes. I tracked 96.5 miles. I drank more water this month than I have in the past 3. I hit more days of 10,000 plus steps than the last 3. I'm not going to focus on what I didn't accomplish because even though I didn't lose the weight or complete all my goals I set for myself in April. I did spend most of April being active. So, for May I am going to not set goals for myself but challenges instead. Running being one. I want to be able to run 3.1 miles without stopping. Planking I want to plank a full min without dying. Squating I want to squat to have stronger legs to run faster. Eat healthier and fresher foods. I don't want to focus on losing weight since the scales keeps fluncating and causing me more grief than I want to deal with. Here's to my successes and my challenges.
