No matter how much I try I can't seem to keep the one goal of getting on SP more. It seem like when I get home I am so tired that I lay down to rest and before I know it I have gone to sleep. Last week I went a saw my pain doctor and he said I was doing good and that unless something different happens I didn't need to see him for 6 months. This last Friday I saw my GP. He said my blood pressure was down and my AC-1 was down. I told him that I had been going to the pool for an hour and that I was doing 10 full laps in the pool. By 10 laps I mean the pool I use is half an olympic size and that one lap is down and back is one lap. He said he wanted for me to get into the pool more. So now I have to figure out how to be on SP every day even more. I hope everyone works on their goals every day.
