Making it back after a long hiatus

After quite a few life changes, I have made it back! Sadly the weight loss thing took a nosedive, but I have made other changes that I really needed and once again am focusing on my fitness.
I finally, finally, FINALLY quit smoking!! I have been totally nicotine, smoke, vapor free since last October! This was a huge thing for me so that I could move on with my fitness goals. Unfortunately, I allowed myself to gain weight back with mindless eating to fill the void of not being able to smoke/vape. Time to get back to work!
I broke up with my boyfriend. Sadly, this relationship was dragging me down, making me anxious, and making it hard to focus on me. So, I ended it. I am totally committed to my health in every aspect, and that includes my emotional health.
I had a huge job change. The company I worked for got bought out by a new company. This has been stressful and took a while to get used to. I had a shift/day change and am working a totally different schedule. But I am now assimilated to these changes and am ready to get back to working on my physical health.
Life is good. I thank God every day for his strength and blessings. And I am so excited to have these weights off of me. I feel like a new person, and now I need to make one more change - my fitness level!
I have missed everyone on here and I look forward to catching up on everyone's progress.
