Another active weekend

Friday - ten mile bike ride, two rounds of circuit training and a leg and ab weight workout in the gym
Saturday - lots of walking, 400 metres on the treadmill, two rounds of circuit training and chest/tricep and calf weight workout.
Sunday - ten mile bike ride, 300 meters on the rowing machine, two rounds of circuits and a back, bicep and ab weight workout.
Friday I had a "cheat meal" of a full english breakfast, and yesterday my blood glucose went down while out in town with my boyfriend, so went crazy and had a flapjack with my coffee.
I used to have one full "day off" a week. From both my good eating, and fitness. So glad I stopped doing that, it just made me feel sluggish, uncomfortable (emotionally, not physically) and out of control.
A couple of "naughty" meals or snacks (usually at the weekend when I'm with my boyfriend) every week works much better for me!
