This is my fifth day. I have worked out every day. Even though I didn't always feel like it. Tracking isn't that difficult once you mark some foods as favorites or make groupings. I weighed this morning and have lost 2.2 lbs. It is a start. I see my first goal approaching within the next two weeks. I'm excited to continue this journey to a healthier me.
