First loss in a long, long time

Yay! 2 lb loss! I will take it!

My old behavior would be mapping out a consistent 2 to 3 lb loss per week, adding it to my calendar as a goal and seeing how long it would be before I hit milestones. Why at this rate....

Dreams and goals are good. Important. But - for me - focusing on the scale and planning everything out doesn't work. When I've done "everything right" and I still don't lose or god forbid gain - my historical response has been to give up. What's the point right? Why put all that work into this for nothing.

So while I'm happy with losing 2 lbs., I know myself well enough to know that my focus needs to remain on becoming stronger and more fit. If I lose weight - great. But it has to be about health and fitness.

So starting week 2 of the 21 day challenge. 8 day streak on SP. I'm tracking my food about 90% of the time. I'm focusing on fitness minutes. It feels good and I can do this again today.
