394.2 A gain of almost 6 lbs :/ all of the fast food and maybe the side effects of my medicine contributed to this gain. I think I need to just take this one pound at a time and try my best to swing it downward. I might not like the number I see, but ignoring it will only lead to more gains, so I will need to keep weighing in every week.
