Mindful Eating

I am a fast eater because of my current and past jobs. Now I'm programmed to eat fast. When eating with my family I am usually the first one done and the first one going for seconds. I know this about myself. I became mindful of how fast I eat. It has helped me to slow down, drink water before I start to eat and in between bites. I stopped going for seconds. I lost 85 lbs. last year and I've kept it off until recently. In the past couple months I've gained back 15 lbs. I noticed I'm getting back into my old habits of eating fast. I actually did it today for dinner and decided I need to get back to what worked for me. So first I'm going to start with being mindful of my eating.
