The move is over! Now I'm unpacking everything. I have 3 weeks until the bootcamp starts, so I'm planning to focus on eating healthy, going to the gym, fewer fast food and more homemade meals.
I love my new apartment! I feel like I have a fresh start. There's a ton more light in this place, and the noise level is much lower.
I'll get my starting weight tomorrow and I'll go from there. I know I've gained over the past few weeks, I'm not sure how much. . . Optimistically hoping that I'm still below 400.
I think I'm going to make a frozen berry, flaxseed, and Greek yogurt smoothie or egg beaters with toast my daily breakfast. When the bootcamp starts, I can prepare these meals quickly in the morning and be on my way. I just want to get in the habit of making breakfast and eating something healthy to start my day strong. I've noticed that on days when I procrastinate and skip breakfast, my eating flies out of control... I know that I can do better. Maybe a good choice in the morning will help me make good choices all day long :)
I'm so grateful for everyone who helped make this move possible for me. This really is my fresh start!
