Fresh start Monday

I feel like I am constantly saying I will start over tomorrow or I'll try again next week, or Monday is a new week, or there is always tomorrow... I get frustrated by slow progress or slip ups and just throw up my hands and say I'll start over later. ... Let me tell you what, this mindset is not working for me, it is not producing results. So I need to adjust my strategy. I woke up this morning intending to start over again and I started the day with a jolly pirate chocolate covered, cream filled long john donut... I'm thinking this was not the fresh start I had in mind for today. So rather than let that discourage my whole day or week, I'm just going to suck it up, and count it as part of my day. Drink plenty of water, track my food, including that tempting donut, adjust for the calories and get some exercise in.

    Now that is the attitude that is going to get you results. Dont start over just keep moving and when you hit a snag dust your self off and keep going. make small changes at first and dont give up
