I'm ready to give this a go again!

Last year I'd been going to a personal trainer, however his schedule changed and I was going on back to back days which wasn't helpful for me.

Mid-month last month my mom came to visit and I bought a new scale just before her visit. After she left I did my first weight in and weighed 191. I've since dropped down to 186 but I don't think I've been eating well or following any sort of regular exercise program. I was walking a couple of times a week with a co-worker but we seemed to have stopped and once we did so did my weight loss.

I'm really hoping I can keep track of myself better by trying SparkPeople again. When I first tried it I had good results.

I'm already off to a bad start for today because ice cream, but I'm also going to make myself get some in front of the tv exercise.

Ready for what this journey brings.
