New Weight loss Plan from my New DR

I had to get a new DR for my old Dr left town and my New DR asked if I had any questions for him and I said yes I want to lose weight.
He said he was going to give me a few tips. So here they are:

1. emoticon DON'T SKIP BREAKFAST

2. emoticon 10 min before each meal do 1 min of vigorous exercise
Like jumping jacks emoticonRunning emoticonJack knife's on the ball emoticon ETC.

3. emoticon Eat a well balance meal for 12 hours he told me 1200 diet

4. emoticon a HOUR after your meal do 1 min of vigorous exercise again
Running emoticonJack knife's on the ball emoticonJumping jacks emoticon ECT.

5. Ok he said if you eat breakfast at 6am then you need to have your last meal by 6pm then nothing to eat after that. All you can have is emoticon WATER to drink the rest of the night.

6. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Do some Extra exercise during the day. He didn't say how much but all exercise is good, but get something in during the day.

7. emoticon Get a good night sleep
