Day 1 of no excuses

Saturday, April 22, 2017

I have made a few changes in my nutrition and water this week I hope it will help. I was unable to walk/run today because of weather so I made up for it with cleaning house and grocery shopping. I have ate right all day. I'm going back to plain water. I had a Milo's sweet tea no calorie and I thought I would be disappointed but I wasnt. I may try some work out videos after my 2 year old goes to bed. I know this week's weigh in isn't going to be great but I hope no gaining happens either way I won't make any more excuses not to get up and move everyday instead of staying on couch. I know I can do this. I was just looking for support this week that wasn't there. So I will do it on my own with or without support

I see that you are in the 30-somethings with 100+ lbs to lose team, you should sign up for an accountability buddy under the "General Team Discussion Forum" that way you will always have someone there for you for moral support! It definitely makes a difference! That being said, good for you for staying on track all day & getting some water in! I have really struggled with getting my water in lately, all I want to do is drink diet sodas. I have to force myself to drink the water first. haha! You are doing so well! You got this!

Yep we have to get in that mindset because if we don't we can use all kinds of excuses and fall right back where we were so fast
