Last Night at Twins Celebration

Saturday, April 22, 2017

It is hard to believe that our oldest DGDs are now turning sixteen. It was a family celebration. DD made dips and had different breads, chips, and a punch called 'swamp juice'. There was a corn hole tournament and young and old alike played. We came home early -- without having cake and ice cream -- because DH had not been feeling well most of the day.

We had our blood work done yesterday morning. It was the annual thing we fit in when we can. DH usually has issues with cholesterol and so far I have had no issues. I guess we get the results in a few days. They usually don't contact us unless there is a problem.

Sinus infection is slowly going away. Feeling much better now. Have not done a lot on this challenge because of feeling ill and my right knee not cooperating. Hoping this next week will be better.

Have a great weekend, All!

I'm constantly surprised at how old my children and grandchildren are - and all without ME aging a single day!
I have to admit, on her last birthday I told DD that if she insisted on telling people her real age, it was going to be difficult to explain MINE......
