I was finally able to determine my actual start date. I originally saw my doctor in February and said I was going to start but it was actually March 29th that I started. My last recorded weight at that time was 415.4, this may have been higher due to the fact I started a month after that weigh in. Today I saw my doctor for a follow up and weighed 403.8. Sparkpeople says its an 11 pound loss but my doctor called it 11.6. Whatever. Just happy I am moving in the right direction. She told me to continue what I was doing which is low carb. I will admit there have been a cheat here and there but my calories remained well under ideal so I didn't beat myself up too much. I follow up again in 3 months. I did weight myself on my own scale before I left and it was also 403 so I may do my own weigh ins at least biweekly or something just to keep me on track and successful.
