Day 1 of running

I'm not the type of person that runs but today I started the app couch to 5 k and I suprised myself that I could run for 1 min and not be extremely wore out then my friend who is in the military came at the end of my workout and pushed me to run more he knows I can do it and I have to. I have to keep pushing myself to run I know it will help me in the long run .I have made a few changes this week with the way I log things and to see if I am getting enough calories with me being more active now. I hope it helps decrease my weight this week. I platoed this week which I am not happy about at all. My clothes are beginning to be very loose which I had to keep pulling my pants up for a run so slowly but surely making progress. I am so proud of how far I have come and how far I am going. I can keep doing this I have to.
