So has anyone experienced weight loss stopping when you began with eliminating all sugars and carbs (other than veggie carbs) and then added some (and I mean some) of those things back in from natural sources - while keeping within the prescribed calorie range?
This makes no sense to me. I know people on this program are losing weight without taking out what I did - just by staying within calorie range. Can anyone think why the scale would not have moved from last week to this while doing great tracker-wise?
