I have the blergs!
I'm most just tired though. We had a ton of traffic driving back from family Easter and a wound up, non sleeping kid!
I went back and tracked the rest of what i ate yesterday - about 500 cal over for the whole day. That's not that bad though, most days lately I've been coming in a little under the bottom of my range. Prior to tracking again i was probably eating that much every day and three times that on holidays!
I'm already back to a great routine today. Whew. Thank goodness for healthy leftovers in the fridge for lunch, and hard boiled eggs from dyeing eggs for breakfast!
I just need some sleeeeeep.
We're traveling again next week so i get to practice staying on track some more! Hope you all are well.
