Day before weigh in.

Ok so I have done all I can for this week no more food until weigh in tomorrow. I hope that 26 miles this week is enough to pull a 2 lb weigh loss and staying around 1200 calories as much as possible. I can't say that I'm not nervous but nothing can change it now. My knee is still bothering me alot so as bad as I hate to I will have to cut back to 5 miles a day instead of 6 to 7. I wished I would wave a wand and me at goal weight so I won't have these knee problems but I got my self in this mess I have to get my self out with extra hard work .hope u all have a great day . Next week's goal is to walk 5 miles 6 days a week with intervals of 2 min runs let's hoping I can do it
