Positive for the Day

We are challenged this weekend (F - M) to write something positive about ourselves each day on a blog. So here goes:
I am in much, much better shape than I was a year ago. I now do at least 30 minutes of dance or other things each day, eat basically whole foods, drink a lot of water and get in 15 - 20 minutes of meditation.
These things make me happy. :-)
