Good Friday 2017

It is a beautiful day here with blue skies, a light breeze and Sunshine. And not a day that I should be struggling, but I am. The scale just continues to go up and up. I'm struggling with cravings - I couldn't possibly be hungry, but I can't be filled. So I know it is all in my head. I have never been depressed before in my life, but that's the only thing I can figure this is.

I'm taking a friend to my Good Friday Church service later today.

    Depression and nutritional imbalances can fuel cravings. Are you getting enough vitamin D?

    Through food tracking I've learned what macronutrient balance keeps me free of cravings. A lack of sleep can impact me too.

    I was struggling several weeks ago, really bad! I upped my fiber by drinking a fiber drink each morning, and that took away my cravings and left me feeling full. Just a thought. emoticon

    Could you be eating something that is a trigger? Are you eating carbs without eating protein at the same time? Not eating enough calories? I know you have plenty of reasons to be depressed. Most of us go through that at some point in our lives. I hope you find the answer and an easily fixable solution. emoticon
