It's getting tough

I have a goal this week to do 7 miles a day for 5 days a week and resting 2. Well I have used up my 2 days already because of my sisters events. So tonight I had to break it down some but I had no motivation to do it. I still have 2 more days to meet my goal of 7 this week and my knee is already hurting me so bad. Am I pushing myself too much. My desire to eat has drop alot some days I barely get 1200 calories. I really want to be 234 by the end of the month. I have a fear that it won't happen and it will make feel like I did all this hard work for nothing and I don't want to feel that way. I am eating healthy or as close to healthy as I possibly can.i still have 103 pounds that I want to lose right now it seems like a huge goal. I have got to do this for me and my kids. But am I pushing my self to hard?

    Thank u so much . I may have to scale back to 5 today because I still have the pain but I feel like if I scale back to much I will get lazy lol

    If you feel like you might be pushing yourself too hard you probably are. Especially if you are having knee pain. I would take it slow. Whatever exercise you're doing now try to scale it back a bit. Exercise is good for you but it isn't the most important piece in the weight loss puzzle. As long as you are eating within your calorie range I wouldn't stress too much on how much exercise you're getting. You do want to exercise for health reasons but you will still lose weight just fine without pushing your body to it's limits.
