I feel accomplished

I tell you what I did not want to clean my friends house because it was so bad but I got up and done it anyway. I went to walk 2 miles first thing this morning and the boys wouldn't let me do more than that. So after cleaning her house and walking 2 miles I didn't have the energy to walk anymore and dreaded my daily goal of 7 miles. But as soon as my phone charged I got up and done it anyway 2 day of 7 miles can't wait to do it again tomorrow. I know I can do it the rest of the week. I am staying on low end of calorie range and walking my weight off not spending time at gym just doing it all for free lol. Tonight I put on a pair of pants that I thought was going to fit right but guess what I had to tighten them big time they are becoming loose. I can really see a lot of changes the past month. I have to force my self to eat sometimes because I don't have that desire to eat and when I do it is for only healthy things. If I don't have healthy things I don't want anything. I love the changes that I am making can't wait until Sunday

    You are doing great. I like the way you kept going when you were ready to stop. That's how you accomplish things. I need to do better than that.
