I need something to get me going again and take my weight more seriously. Sometimes I do pretty good on my portions but then I go crazy if its something I really like and thats mostly all I cook is what I like...
So I'm going to try and cut my portions in half and get on my treadmill for 10 minutes afterwards. Thats the only exercise I do because last year I fell on my treadmill and got a big cut on my knee. It took forever to heal and needed to let it heal completely. Of course I could have gotten on it sooner.

And I'm also going to Blog at least every other day, even if I have to tell on myself..
