Back on the horse. After the previous two days of off plan food, not only is the scale way up, but my system was feeling the upset (bloating and gas). So, bring on the horse. Now today I have two social (food) events. One at lunch and one at dinner. At neither event do I have a choice of what foods will be served. So I will have to rely on myself to pick carefully and only eat what I know I should. No grain, no dairy, no sugar. Protein & veggies, coffee and water all the way.
