Day 2...

I am on the tail end of Day 2 of feeling like crud! Every 21 days like clockwork....I am reduced to feeling like a sack of potatoes. You know that bag of potatoes that if you try to stand it up, it falls down. Repeatedly. My lower back is in so much pain, it is unbearable. It hurts to stand, it hurts to sit, it even hurts to be in bed. I have been medicating myself to make it through the workday. This afternoon, I hit a wall. I got on the floor at work and did some yoga stretches to try to work out my lower back pain. And cramps! I am going to get a good nights rest and hope that tomorrow is a better day.

I haven't gone to the gym. The only things I have going for me right now are that I am drinking my water and still eating right.

And yes, I have gone to the doctor for this. I think I need a new gynecologist. My current one does't think a partial hysterectomy will help. According to her, I need to light candles and take a bubble bath, do yoga oh and lose weight!
