My brother is coming out to help me pack for the move this weekend!
For the past 2 days, I've been eating breakfast and sticking to my eating goals. I do feel so much better when I spread the calories out through the day instead of eating 1-2 big meals... I know it's better for my blood sugar too.
I'm anxious about the move. My mind keeps telling me I can't pack everything and I won't get it done. I keep telling my mind to give me a break and just take it day by day....
I've packed my scale already, so I won't be weighing in for 2 weeks, BUT I'm not going to stop with my efforts. I want to try to surprise myself and see how much I can lose between now and when I'm in my new place :)
Why is moving so stressful?
