Need help please

I have just returned to work after off for 14 months and 2 surgeries on my knee. The problem i am having is i can eat a decent breakfast but due to my job its hard to find time to eat lunch. Today i ate my lunch after i got off at 3pm. Not good. What are some good healthy luch items to eat on the go. I need to stay between 1200 to 1550 per day. I am afraid that i will gain back what i lost if i dont eat lunch. My exercise is now pushed to evenings before i use to do in morning before i ate. Any help would be great.
