I have swapped granola bars for sweets and it has made me to where I don't miss candy bars snack cakes or ice cream. I have been without those for a week now. I don't crave sweets as well. I have been sticking to walking everyday this week between 2 to 5 miles. I am staying in calorie which has been awesome. I hope weigh in this week shows all the hard work I am putting in. Woke up to my eye swollen not sure why but I will keep going on. I'm so glad we didn't get the bad weather yesterday so I could walk. We have alot of activities this weekend so I will stay on track
