i need a plan.
I need to stick with a plan.
I need a plan that I will follow daily.
I cannot seem to choose what plan to follow.
ARGH!! What frustration I am experiencing these days. I fell off plan a few weeks ago and put on 8 pounds and now the junk food cravings are unreal. I seem to have no resolve to stop eating junk.
I did well yesterday up to lunch. We ate out and the restaraunt we chose was very accommodating to my needs. It was a Mexican restaurant, right next door to a Mexican bakery. Need I say more.
The only positive thing I can say about those bakery items is that they did not taste good at all. Positive in the sense that when those cravings return, I can tell myself that stuff does not taste good at all. This worked/works for me when temptation calls out for candy bars. I no longer eat a lot of candy bars because they don't taste good to me anymore.
So, even if I cannot seem to choose a particular meal plan to follow, I need to have a plan to just STOP EATING WHAT DOES NOT TASTE GOOD. (Yes, I am shouting. I need to get my attention.)
