So I have been doing my after surgery exercises faithfully six days a week. Will continue until I see doctor on the 9th. Will ask him what is the usual amount of time to continue doing so.
I have also been water walking for several weeks now. I have increased the amount of time doing so over this time. Now I must take a step backwards and cut down the time. Going back to 30 minutes a time for awhile. I have been noticing that an hour or 90 minutes is not helping. I have ben experiencing some knee pain and swelling the past few days--so back to where I started at 30 minutes a day. If I am fine once this problem stops will try to take a short walk outdoors like 10 minutes. Walking in the pool is much easier on ones body, but my body is giving signals letting me know I probably am over doing.
