I gained 1.2 lb this week :(
I know why.
My cravings and portions have been out of control -- from pizza last Wednesday to fast food mega-meals, I haven't been pre-tracking and I have been eating pretty much whatever I wanted, including sugary lemonade and a soda.
What the heck am I doing??? I told myself I was cutting refined sugar out of my diet for health reasons, but it was like I had the worst sugar cravings all week long.
This week, I'm going to pre-track everything I eat at fast food places and work on making my meals no bigger than 700 calories. I'm cutting out sugary drinks again. I'll work on eating more meals here at home and spreading the calories out through the day. And, of course, I will keep going to the gym.
