Still going to the gym

I'm afraid if I miss a day I won't go back. I'm using Lee Labrada's 12 week lean body workout and bodyspace to track my exercises. So far it is working even though the scale isn't moving right now. I refuse to give up. I go to the gym everyday and do something such as lift weights (love lifting weights very much) or do cardio (hate cardio very much, but it is necessary).
