Fell off plan and paid the price

I went off plan and started to added fast food back to my diet. Ouch! Big Mistake. It was fish sandwiches. I used to love fish sandwiches. But, my oh my, have I been achy. Just a nagging, oh my, I hurt when I move.
I also gained 8 pounds. Enough of that!
Today is day 1 to getting back on track. I started my day with: my coffee. Then for breakfast I had spinach, orange, banana, apple and chia seed.
I am going to need to focus on drinking water. I do not drink enough water so that must become a focus in my meals and snacking.
I will be making some Vegan Richa's recipes for my meals these next few days. I am going to make a Tikka Masala Sauce (I will add chickpeas and veggies to my half, hubby wants chicken in his), and a Spinach Curry to which I will also add potatoes and carrots.
I am so looking forward to getting back on track again and to start to feel better. Hopefully I will also improve my sleep by eating better.
