One day at a time

I have been starting my day reviewing the Beck Diet Solution, reading my daily morning motivation, listening to a podcast....then I go about my day, not worrying about yesterday or tomorrow. I end my days writing down 3 things that I am grateful for, reviewing how my day went, and listening to an hypnosis session on my app. I started with an evening family walk for our physical and mental health as a family (and for my dog)! One day at a time, no beating myself up and no stressing. One day at a time, taking care of me mentally and physically and spiritually. One day at a time, I can do this!
